Here’s what the challenge is all about:
Lead by Example
As leaders, we know that people follow where we go first. The LEAD THE WAY Invite Challenge puts this principle into action, encouraging us to take the first step and personally invite people in our lives—friends, family, neighbors, and coworkers—to experience the hope, joy, and love of Christmas at our church.
A Team Effort
Each team within our church staff will track their personal invites with the goal of having the highest invites per capita. A Team Invite Coordinator will check in regularly with their team, collecting the number of invites and updating our wall calendar in the office. This adds a fun, competitive twist to the challenge, keeping us all motivated to continue reaching out and extending invitations.
Every Invite Matters
Whether it’s handing out an invite card, sending a text, or simply asking someone face-to-face, every invite counts. We believe that God can use each personal invitation to open hearts, transform lives, and bring people closer to Him. You never know how one simple invite could lead someone into a life-changing encounter with Jesus.
